A problem that I'm sure everyone can relate to is the loss of the thin louvres that compose window blinds - I am not an exception. Using a broken blind as a reference, I designed a drop-in replacement that can be 3D printed.
A few quick measurements and thought about a connector later, these can be printed on an FDM machine with a 0.4mm nozzle in about 30 minutes. The material choice, PLA, ensures that they don't yellow with sun exposure, can accommodate heat warping to a metal tube of the correct radius, and are cheap (about 38 cents per assembly)!
